The Youth Empowerment Seminar is a program that seeks to nurture the
qualities of creativity, compassion, leadership, and friendliness
in today's youth, so that they can engage themselves with the world to
create a better future. Taught to millions of individuals in over 140
countries, the programs of the Art of Living Foundation have given many people a chance to let go of stress, anxiety, depression, and disinterest, in place of dynamic action directed at the betterment of society |

Timings: 3 to 6pm (Thu, Fri, Mon, Tue); 4 to 7pm (Sat, Sun) This program is for ages 14-19. |
