required. Everyone is welcome! Ages: 18+
The Art of Living Course provides practical and simple methods
to eliminate stress and to stop the mind from wandering - from
thinking/regretting about the past or worrying about the future.
It provides the necessary tools to live life fully and to focus
in the present moment. A few minutes of practice a day could
help you to eliminate stress, improve health, increase
concentration, expand your awareness and experience lasting
peace of mind.
Started by His Holiness Sri Sri Ravi Shankar in 1982, this
course is currently being taught in over 150 countries
worldwide. Hundreds of people in Atlanta have taken this course
since 1995, and it has also been taught in the official
curriculum of Georgia Tech as an Options Class for the students.
