Miss Teen India GA and Miss India GA 2006 Pageant |

| The IACA Miss Teen India GA and Miss India GA
2006 pageant took place at the Gwinnett Center in Duluth on July
22nd. A panel of 7 judges judged the 25 contestants in different
categories including Evening Gown segment, Indian outfit segment
and the Question and Answer segment. The Miss India GA
contestants were also judged on a Talent segment. The event was
hosted by Dr. Suvrat Bhargave and Parijat Chandra. The evening was interspersed by an opening dance number by the participants and choreographed by Dina Sheth of Kruti Dance Academy. Dance items were also performed by the Silent Killers group and the students of Kruti Dance Academy. The title of Miss India GA 2006 was won by Movina Nagrajan followed by Nina Talukdar as 1st runner up and Ezrah Gilani as 2nd runner up. The Miss Teen India GA 2006 title was awarded to Sulochana Surapu. Meghan Purohit and Natasha Vasandani were the 1st and 2nd runner-ups in the same categories. The following titles were also awarded: Miss Talent – Movina Nagrajan, Miss Congeniality – Divya Purohit, Miss Photogenic – Natasha Vasandan and Miss Beautiful Smile – Noor Kapoor. |
