 is setting its sight on international crossover cinema market

Ganesh Ram moved to Atlanta from Chennai in 1990, and this is how since then he has come to be known as Atlanta Ganesh.
A thespian from Tamil theatre and cinema, Atlanta Ganesh has been involved with theatre since 1963.

By 1978 he was heading his own theater group called “Priyadarsini”. In a span of 8 years the group had 9 super hit stage plays doing more than 1000 shows, Most of the plays were written and directed by Ganesh, where he also appeared in the lead roles. He has acted in about 42 feature films donning various roles. He has also written for TV Serials.
He moved to Atlanta in 1990 .
In 1991 he got an opportunity to act in “Lonely in America” directed by Barry Alexander Brown and produced by Tirlok Malik of NY
In 2005 Ganesh's decided to set out in the realm of crossover cinema. Same year he shot his first crossover film “Dance To My Tunes". In 2006 he he joined hands with producer Mr.Mahendar Jogani and started MG Creations with offices in Atlanta and Chennai.

From 1963 to 2007 he has ore than 2500 stage plays to his credit. Ganesh has written 40 short stories, 6 one hour plays and 7 Debate sessions. Has acted with Super Star Rajinikanth in 4 films in Tamil.
MG Creations has now two films , "My Dear Father" and "Self Defense , ready for screening. Scripted and directed by Atlanta Ganesh,

both of these telefilms strike a balance between art and commercial films. The film has been made for television. It is in English and Tamil languages but these could be dubbed in Hindi/Telugu and other languages also. Tamil version of these filrms are En Iniya Thanthai and Atthu Meera AAsai.
MG Creations is planning to showcase it at select film festivals across UK, US, Canada and Indian markets. The films are scheduled for screening at the Atlanta Asian American film festival on Nov 15th.

Atlanta Ganesh has ambitious plans for making a big entry into film production. His upcoming projects are Shelly weds … Vs Jonathan and 7th Wonder of the World.
