This is an appeal to help “Rocky”, an Indian born 5yr old toddler suffering from acute Cerebral Palsy caused by lack of Oxygen at the time of birth. He has strong intentions to be active, but he lacks the physical ability to do things. He is currently located in Atlanta. His parents have been trying many different therapies and treatment, here in US and have finally decided to go to Germany to receive Adult Stem Cell treatment from XCell Center.

 We as a community need to help and support Rocky’s family in the following ways:
1. Financial aid, as I understand the expenses would be about $30k. 
2. Anyone with contacts in Germany, who could help in terms of logistics etc.
