exciting show will be the second annual Atlanta Desi Idol® (Desi
Idol® is a registered trademark of Universal Consultants, Inc.

Executive Director, Aparna Bhattacharyya notes, “This event
showcases the incredible local talent in our community.”
Event coordinators are seeking solo singers and dancers to
perform in the final show. Auditions will be held on Saturday,
Sept. 15 and Sunday, September 23, at Nritya Natya Kala Bharti,
Global Mall (Kumud Savla’s Studio) from 4-9 p.m. There is a $25
minimum donation to audition. This contest is open to amateurs

performing will not be considered. Participants will be judged
by local song/dance professionals. Winners will be qualified to
compete in the National Desi Idol competition. Discounted
